Amphivena Therapeutics, Inc. is an immuno-oncology company based in South San Francisco, CA that is developing best-in-class T-cell engagers. The company’s lead drug candidate, AMV564, is a bivalent T cell engager that relieves immune suppression through selective depletion of MDSC. AMV564 has demonstrated single-agent activity in both hematologic and solid tumor malignances. Amphivena’s mission is to eradicate cancers with breakthrough therapies that harness the patient’s own immune system to destroy tumor cells and their precursors.
Summary
Amphivena is seeking a motivated researcher to work in the development of novel therapeutics harnessing the immune system to eliminate cancer. We are building a small but enthusiastic team where everyone’s contributions are meaningful. As the ideal candidate, you will be excited to help us understand the biology of immune suppression while advancing our pipeline, and your contributions to lead discovery and optimization will be accomplished through the exploration of fundamental biology in immune oncology. You will have a good command of molecular biology techniques, proficiency in common cell culture, and a solid understanding of multi-color flow cytometry. Previous experience must demonstrate an ability and desire to be a strong and collaborative individual contributor in a multi-functional team.
